Blues and Beyond has been a Tuesday night institution on 2AAA-FM for many years. The program contains a diverse range of sounds but at the heart of the music format is the blues. Artists range from the pioneering Robert Johnson to up and comers like Australia's own Ash Grunwald. Depending on the night and the presenter you could be treated to the sounds of delta blues, Chicago blues, folk blues, country blues, blues rock, rockabilly blues, traditional blues, rhythm and blues, contemporary blues and bluegrass boogie to name but a few.
