Sunday October 10, 2010:
Australian Army Band Kapooka's Swing Band

The Australian Army Band Kapooka Swing Band will present this Jazz Junction Live. I don’t think I need to remind you just what great jazz music this band plays and how very fortunate we are that this performance can be fitted into the Band’s busy schedule.

Major Jeff Cocks will, of course, lead the band and the lovely Simone Dew will thrill us with her singing.

As usual, the venue is the Mirage Room at the RSL Club, Dobbs Street, Wagga Wagga and the time is from 3.00pm to 6.00pm.

Entry is $15 adult, $10 pensioner and student concession, children 12 years and under free.  As is always the case when the Australian Army Band Kapooka Swing Band is involved, the whole of the entry money and the gold coin donation goes to the charity for the month; this month it's the Wagga Wagga Breast Cancer Support Group.

Of course, Jazz Junction Live greatly appreciates the sponsorship of the RSL Club, the Daily Advertiser, the Riverina Conservatorium of Music, Quickprint and 2AAAFM 107.1.  Allison Music very generously sets up and donates the use of the sound system, when needed.
