2AAA-FM is a Community based group and relies on volunteers to staff the station. In a recent report, the Chairman praised all of the station's volunteers. She says, "...The volunteer camaraderie that exists is one of the great strengths of 2AAA (Our) volunteers come from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages but they have one thing in common – they all love music! Of course, those tastes in music are many and varied – that adds to the magic of the station." She adds, "As for the future, we aim to provide better reception to our listeners in the southern suburbs of Wagga Wagga, and the feeder communities of Junee, Coolamon and maybe Gundagai." Only a handful of people receive remuneration for their duties. 2AAA-FM is funded via sales of sponsorship announcements, marketing & promotional activities, government grants, Community Broadcasting Foundation (CBF) grants and donations from the public. Your tax deductible donation is welcome at any time!
